book: Why Is It Essential? I'd Like to Know! Secrets from Those With Essential Tremor

I am a retired pastor who has had essential tremor for 60 years. My head tremors back and forth, now my hands shake a little. I have self-published a number of Christian fiction books, 3 devotionals and a picture book. I want an outstanding book cover that will call attention to itself. I've seen a picture of hands trembling, but don't want that. Perhaps a design that looks like movement. As I wrote, my Grammarly kept suggesting a different word for tremor: earthquake! Not sure that's what I want. I also need a copy editor for the 10,000 words. The book chapters are: What are we called? What Is It? Who Has It? Symptoms & Side Effects, What Helps? and Let's Keep Learning. Those things are mentioned, but I'm not a scientist or doctor, so I don't try to explain the details of essential tremor, but deal with how the 10 million of us in the U.S.A. live with it and deal with it. I am almost finished with my final revision, so would like to have something done soon. It is 10,000 words.
