I have built forms exactly like this before, using JavaScript/jQuery and PHP. I looked at one of your sites, the job should just require a little fine tuning. I need ftp access to websites and I will fix it. I need all so specific thing to do it like on which email you like to receive data from contact forms.

I have been working as a backend and frontend developer since 2000. I work with PHP, ASP.NET, Javascript, and jQuery. The issue you are having problem with concerns logging into the hosting site through FTP or HTTP, modifying the contact forms to send the correct email the forms content.
