Build a Website or a Parcel Forwarding Company

We would like a website to be designed and built that has the same functionality as "myus (dot) com". We are a UK based company and we would need this site to be for Rest of the World customers who want consolidate shipping from the UK to their destination. Here are a few points that need to be included on the site: 1. Member Sign In area which includes: a. Inbox - parcels that we have received on behalf of the customer b. Outbox - parcels that the customer has asked to be prepared. c. History - A section where the customer can view their parcels that have been dispatched d. Shipping Preferences that include Shipping method, shipping options, packing options, proforma invoice options, other options. All these options will be tick boxes for the customer to choose their preferences that will be the default settings for every shipment they send out. e. Accounts settings which include, contact info, address book, billing information, account billing cycle, discounts, shipping preferences, login password, additional names, membership type, my invitations (refer a friend and receive discounts) 2. Each customer who signs up will have an option for 4 different types of membership. -When the customer signs up they will be given a "SUITE NUMBER" this will be their own personal number for them to select when getting items shipped to us. The customer will then need to use the suite number to log into their account and use it for all references so we know who the customer is. 3. Some static pages which will include Our Services, Couriers, Blog, Tips & FAQ, About, Live Chat, Contact Us, 4. When boxes arrive we will personally log in all the items and this will then be visible on the customers page, one we have logged in all the information then an email will be sent to the customer stating that they have received a new parcel in their inbox, the customer will then be able to log in and select (tick) which boxes they would like to be sent to their own address. So we need some kind of functionality on the back end to enter all the package details then when we click submit this will send an email and then only be viewable to that specific customer. Please can you quote how long this will take and what else you will need to do this job.
