Video presentation for a product company - short test video

We are looking for a person who can create a video presentation for our company. Although the real video should be 3 minutes, this project is kind of testing phase project. We like to have a 10 seconds snap shot of the full video. We will pay 100$ for this. If we like the snapshot video, we will let you make a 3 min video for 3000$. For the short 10 sec version: A lady behind the counter smiling, a business man aproaching her and handing over some cloths on a hanger (or shoes to repair). She accept the items smiling and hangs them in a closet behind her. Thats it. (with 3D feel) This is for the full project: We are considering to make an introduction video which we can use for sales purposes of our company and services. We offer concierge services to our customers. This concierge is a person who is placed within a building with lots of employees, often in a little boutique, who organizes dry cleaning, shoe repair etc for employees of that company. The video should be a little story of several employees who interacts with the concierge so it becomes clear what we do and how we can be valuable for a company. My first estimate would be a 3 to 5 min video. If this works out well, there will be follow up projects.
