New Logo For Real Estate Company

This is going to be as detailed as possible in order to save you and me some time. If you are going to bid on this project I would like a proposed design to be included in your bid. If you can't do that, your bid won't be considered or accepted. I have at least three other people that will have to sign off on your design before we accept your bid so I need something to show them! Please don't bid unless you do this first! Also, you need to communicate well with me. If you respond in a timely manner and communicate well, I will consider you for the project. We are a commercial real estate and property management company. Our logo was designed over 20 years ago and needs a makeover. We are trying to come up with a whole new marketing campaign and this is where we need to start. I want the logo to tell people that we are sophisticated, simple, and yet current. In the past our logo has included a tree, which I'm not opposed to but if the new logo includes a tree, I'd like to see it look more contemporary and 2009. I hope you will all put your creative genius together to come up with something great. I would like to have the colors be maroon, gray and white but am open to a green/white/gray as well. Obviously this one needs to look good in print and online. Please let me know if you have any further questions. If this project goes well, there is MUCH more work for you on the design side.
