Modify Our Current Wordpress Theme

Need our current wordpress theme (woo themes gazette) customized to our niche. Right now its just a plain out of the box look. Your job will be to transform the plain theme into something that WOWs are clients. We need it to look different, yet keep the same basic structure (it must use the same theme). That would mean altering the banners, headers, back ground, logo, buttons, menu boxes, colors, etc. We need the site to look quite a bit different from it is now, for technical reasons, while not totally changing everything. You must start working immediately and I will give you 10 days to finish this project but the sooner the better. I don't have a lot of time. You must do the project on your own server and constantly show me progress. Once I am satisfied with the look and feel of everything, I will put the full payment into gaf escrow and you can transfer everything to a SERVER I will provide for you. Once everything is transfered and working I will release funds. This is not for a regular person. YOU must be a very powerful webdesigner as well as a powerful wordpress theme designer. You're going to be expected to create a new custom theme, background, menu boxes, logo, etc. You must PM me example of your previous wordpress theme work, logo design, etc. I will not accept anybody without previous examples of wordpress work or work that relates to this project.
