Designing and writing content for 2 Flyers or tri-fold brochures

Hello, we are looking to get content and design for 2 flyers. We do website and web applications for real estate and mortgage professionals in canada. one flyer will be for real estate (distributed to all the rel estate agents in canada) similarly other one will be for mortgage. Both brochures are same size. We are looking for a contemarary design. A modern and a fresh look. Each one (Real Estate and Mortgage) should be comparitiely unqiue. Content should be simple, corporate, and have a strong sales pitch. I am attaching a few files for content and broucher style size and folds. I am also attaching the jpeg of the new look of our website. I would be great if you can keep it of the same family. Size: 17(w) x 11(h) Folds: 3 Brochures folds at the red line...
