122921 Page Visual Design

I need a visual design template for a webpage. The webpage has a horizontal tab like navigation (one level). What I need is the following: 1. Color Schema for the page. 2. Background Image for the page. 3. Background image for the horizontal navigation. (sort of like the background for the button toolbar in hotmail) 4. Background Image for the selected item in the navigation. (it does not need to be a tab, i am NOT using rounded corners) 5. Backgorund image for when the user hovers the navigation item. 6. Borders for the main content of the page (which is centered). I do not need the CSS/HTML for the template. It would be nice if you provided it, but not required. Please note that this is for a demo and my budget is really small.
