We are a digital marketing agency based in London, and we are looking for a paid ads manager.
The channels include:
- Google Adwords
- LinkedIn Ads
- Twitter Ads
- Facebook Ads
We want someone who is experienced with paid ads, with a history of managing whole campaigns. Google's Adwords certification is a plus, but not a necessity.
The position requires at least 10 hours per week. Our focus is to find people we can hire full-time in the long run, and we'll go in that direction with the right candidate.
The candidate must be knowledgeable in targeting, keywords, testing the data and providing reports. With the ability to create a great initial setup within the agreed budget, and adjust the campaign as it goes along to get the most out of it. The person should be focused on getting the best price for the highest quality of leads, with a great attention to detail (put this word in the beginning of your cover letter - Adword).

1) If campaign will goes on wrong direct then we first we have check targeted audience and negative kewords
2) In that we are getting genuine clients and 80% of change to convert roi
