I require a real estate valuations software developed. It will be used for Automated Valuations Models/Methods or Computer Assisted Mass Appraisals (CAMA) systems for private (companies and individuals) and public sector (Municipalities and Government). It should be able to be customized to my requirements. There are existing CAMA systems available. I require a CAMA system that meets international norms and standards. Ability to access various online databases and websites to extract data. Comparison of datasets collected to/with datasets introduced. Software to provide automated Municipal Valuations and Private Sector Valuations based on predefined criteria and automated searching and extracting of information from websites and/or pdf files downloaded and/or Geospacial Information Systems, Deeds Office Property Transfer Information etc.
