Design/Creation for 2 financial flowcharts

We are developing a Flex application for financial advice. As part of the application, there are 2 flowcharts we require to explain the advice being provided. The flowcharts have been mocked-up in Powerpoint, and we are interested in having these designed to be more visually appealing, and implemented in Flash. There are a number of key numbers which appear on the flowchart. Our intention is that we would change these numbers from the Flex application so would require ActionScript setters and the Flash compiled as a Flex component. The job is reasonably small/simple, but based on the work done, there is a significant amount of ongoing work that we would also be interested in outsourcing. A reasonably fast turnaround would also be appreciated.
