One page design

Hello designers, This is a one page designing project. I need a adult template (not XXX). See this site [login to view URL] . I have a script similar to this. Things i need is a complete new design with flash header. It must have images of escorts (both male and female) and callgirls. Design must be very eye catching. All these links on website like: Webmasters Sign Up Create Project Manage Account Sign Out etc etc need to have onmouseover effect. I need this to be done real fast. For payment no escrow and no advance, only paypal. U will be paid only after i see the whole finished work. After payment u need to provide me all the source files and i own all rights to it. Thanks
