New custom or modified skins in Flex

Need someone capable of designing 2 customized skins in Adobe flex or whatever the current skins are developed in. One skin should include features for an Access Point and the second for Customer Premise Equipment. Need a semitransparent name palced in the background and a small logo for the title. Both should be designed as a Flex Gui. I would like each to look very different from what is currently available and have a very simple and expert feature interface that includes most current options and also the direct copy/paste config interface that currently exists. Prefer the ability to password protect the option to upload new firmware and also prefer to be able to clone the MAC from the skin (if possible).
