Mexican Seafood Theme

1.-I need a fresh idea not a convencional site for a Mexican Seafood theme 2.-I need creating in joomla but first i need to see the theme on .psd or jpg to see how would be desinged before convert to joomla. 3.-With 6 sections : "Inicio" "El menú" "Nuestras Instalaciones" "Galería de fotos" "Nuestros platillos" "contactanos" 4.-The logo are in very low resolution so you need to have the skill on corel o photoshop to remake to a better quality image 5.-on this link [login to view URL] theres a lot of material to make the theme The first job are the WebSite but i need a new menu of the restaurant right now have a old menu so i need re-desing too acording the new desing image of the website.. i need this job (the web site) as an urgent the menu can wait for now. i will pay no more than 60 usd free fee at GAF... start bidding.. *******If you send me a fast mockup to see your habilities thats will be the bid`s that i pay more atention***** i know GAF warning you to do this but theres the only way to check your skills hope undestand..... indians: do not send me spam with your works porfolio.. send me a mockup for this project..
