37782 DESIGN e-Book SKIN & Embed SWF

We need an app/design clone of the type of ebooks seen at [login to view URL], using BT_LookSmart (aka "Black Book") and MTN (aka yellow "Connections") as examples to reproduce. We have some small catalogs, in .swf, but we'd like to merge those as "chapters" of 1 larger e-catalog with the application you'll create & design for us so we can update our online catalog as we update our chapters/mini-catalogs. Definitely review those 2 examples before and after reading the attached details/tasklist, because other than "C", "D", and "2" in the attached file, everything should be exactly as per those 2 ebook examples and save you time reading thru instructions which says the same thing. In summary you'll reproduce the design and the features, per the examples above and brief instructions attached, and the app will also allow us to embed our preexisting .swf chapters into the ebook design.
