One Banner + Two Graphic Book-ends

I am looking for a quality creative graphic designer who can design 3 graphics to be placed on my ecommerce website. I want one banner type graphic to be 474x90 pixels and two more that need to be 154x90 pixels. They are going to be placed side by side with the big one in the middle so they should flow somehow. I would like large graphic to have some type of motion, maybe a flash design, but not something annoying. A subtle flash design of some type may prove to be most appropriate. I can tell you I don’t know how many changes I might request because I do not have much experience working with a graphic artist. I’m guessing you’d show me a few mock ups. Hopefully I’d like one of them, pick one; request some changes until I/we have something that looks good? My site URL is www.skedaddlescooters.com. The big graphic will be placed directly under the three nav buttons at the top of my site. The smaller two graphics will be located on left and right. I will be getting rid of the two graphics that you see there currently. You do not need to place any graphics on my site I will do that myself. I just need the design work. I am not a graphic artist which is why am looking for someone who can be creative. You may use any images on my site and I can send you links where you can download more. I can also send you links to my competition sites for reference. My ultimate goal is to have something with better esthetic value than those competitors. I am also taking suggestions on what I may be able to do to make my header more appealing and/or coincide with the graphics you just created. I suspect something that sits in the background behind my existing text and images may do the trick? If you have a good idea you’ll likely be doing another project to fix the header.
