Flash Header Image

Hi! I need someone to do this animation in flash. I have all the images which I will be enhancing and cleaning up. I can send the images in psd, jpg or png or whichever format you prefer. You can suggest other effects as long they don't make the animation heavy since this will be posted on a website that will be browsed mostly by seniors. Should you have any questions or think that the budget requires a bit more, please let me know. Regarding payments, I will be using the GAF escrow for this project.
