Software Customer Service / Tech Support

Hello, I am looking to hire a customer service representative to handle technical support for 5 software/technology products that my small business sells. Please send me a message if you'd like to review the software before bidding. Qualifications for this job: - Must speak English natively or be extremely fluent - Should be able to work Monday-Saturday, answering support tickets through the help desk once a day. I expect the average workload to be no more than 5-10 hours per week. - Should have technical experience with using software, Microsoft Windows, HTML coding, building websites, FTP, and so on - Experience working with audio/video and PC hardware a big plus - Must be honest, hard-working, and quick to learn - Must have Windows 2000/XP/Vista 32-bit. I have 15-20 email templates for each product for common questions. However, many of the questions require custom troubleshooting. When you start the job, you will spend a few hours learning the software and how it works. Every day, you will log on to a Google account and update a spreadsheet with how much time you worked that day.
