To Identify continuous dates line item including weekend and holidays from a running excel spreadsheet -- 3

I have a spreadsheet with large volume of data of employee leave record. From this, I would want to identify records with start and end date which have exceeded 14 days of continuous leave. The twist: There could be single line item with greater than 14 days leave OR there could be individual line item which excludes weekend and holiday. Single item with > 14 days is easy to identify. However, if there are instances where there are multiple line items which excludes weekends and holiday, then those item should be flagged for review.
