Get Data Entry Done

Project: we are a recruiting staffing firm, We have hundreds of single page document job orders that our recruiters need to access. instead of sending them a email blast with hundreds of job orders on a single document, we would like to just send them a spread sheet that has preliminary info like example: Job order number(Hyperlinked)/ job type/Job title/ Skill set 1 /skill set 2/ state/ city/ country. Then when the recruiter is interested on a particular Job order to work on they just click on hyperlinked Job order Number and it will take them or retrieve complete full page job order with all the details. We need to have someone create a spread sheet that has multiple fields.. and endless records maybe around 8 fields. One field will be a "Hyperlink" when clicked on it will take you directly to the Main Document that that record is describing. Not sure if we need a data base program that is off the shelf or what.. not sure how to link the hyperlink to a stored document. So.. we need someone who knows how to use existing program/application to link excel spread sheet records to a complete document. You will also be contracted to Data enter ~ 400 new records every 2 weeks to a month on the spread sheet.. each record is connected to a Word Document that needs to be Scanned or uploaded and saved so when some one clicks on that record hyperlink it will bring up that document to be viewed. I need you to express how we can do this with existing applications out there or create a way.. the data needs to be retrieved via the internet by signing in somewhere on a data base etc. If your the right person you will understand what we need and how to do it Note: Remember if you have a solution to doing this we will be paying you every month for Data entry for hundreds of new job order records.
