I need help to create an Excel VBA script that produces an amount of possible combinations with certain criteria regarding salaries and points. I will provide a list in excel that will include 3 columns: name, salary, and points. This script should generate from 1 to 150 outcomes while picking 6 names but staying between $37,000 and $50,000 total salary. The outcomes need to sort by highest possible points first. If this project is successful, there will be other similar projects for you to bid on. Criteria: The total salary for each 6 name combination cannot exceed $50,000 and go no lower than $37,000. A name cannot be used more than once in the same output. I would like the ability to select how many outputs to generate, from 1 to 150. I will provide the list to the winning bidder. I want this to be something that I can easily run on my own as I add new names and salaries. This needs to be finished by Thursday, Feb 23 or Friday Feb 24 2017 at the latest.

Hi, I have a university degree in economics and IT, and several decades of system design and programming, in the recent decade especially in Excel and VBA. I plan to complete the project via writing an Excel macro contained in a separate XLSM file. This approach makes further use of the macro very convenient by offering a Control sheet containing cells populated by the usual Open file and/or select folder dialogs to identify the current input and output files (or the folders containing them, as required by the job) and hosting command buttons and other controls(e.g. number of outputs) if necessary. In my approach you'll have opportunity to consult details with me, to test pilot solutions if necessary in order to achieve an optimal final solution.
