Create a simple calendar for 2018 on Excel

I need an excel board easy fully automatic. Tab 1 is for datas Tab 2 is for options Functions must be as following. Tab 2 : I will set the year (for example 2018 or any year I want) I will also set some excluded days in another tab (unlimited amount of excluded days) First row : Column 1 say "morning", column 2 says "afternoon", then all the months : column 3 is january, column 4 is february, etc. until december, so total 14 columns. Under "Morning" and "Afternoon", I will put 20 names, one in each row. Under month columns, file must automatically fill the 20 first days of the month (on in each row too). These days must exclude the days in tab 2 and also exclude week-ends (saturdays and sundays have not to be shown in month columns). Also, once first 20 days are filled for every name in the list, the remaining days in the month that are not week-end or excluded are added and shown on the bottom of the actual month column but below the name rows). Idea is the excel file automaticaly attributes a day in each month for every name for the year I set, excluding week-end and excluded days, and show remaining "free days" in the bottom of each month column. Format has to be like this (in this format : mon 15, tue 16, wed 17...) If I change year or add excluded days in tab 2, board must be automatically updated. Thank you.
