Change the start date of each job

I am a homebuilder. I am way behind getting this to our investors. I need this done today if possible. I have a spreadsheet that is designed to allow me to look at a subdivision and create an entire proforma based on the homes I add. I have a critical fix that I need to make to the calendar, but first let me brief you on the purpose of each sheet so that you can navigate the sheet easier. This spreadsheet is made up of 4 critical Sheets: 1. "Project" Sheet: This is the summation sheet of all of the new sheets that I add. 2. "Lot-Home Attributes" Sheet: This sheet is where I assign each lot/Homesite a home. Each home as its own accompanying data. Each new home I create from the Project!I5 VB "Add New Home to Analysis" button, Automatically pulls from this sheet based on the name of the sheet that I give it. In this case I name each sheet MS1, MS2, MS3…MS64 because I have 64 lots/Homesites in this subdivision. 3. "Home Template" Sheet: This is the master template that all of the new homes are copied from when I click on the Project!I5 vb button. I have made this dynamic so that as a new sheet with the new home (MS1, MS2, MS3…MS64) is created it will draw its data via an Index(Match()) nested lookup from Lot-House attributes!A2:A67 to populate many cells from Home Template!G30:G45 4. "Homes-->" and "End" Sheets: these two sheets are just markers so that as new sheets are added, the formulas will calculate all sheets in between these two sheets. This is where MS1, MS2, MS3…MS64 will be found as they are created. I need to take the "Home Template" sheet and I need to have the Data in E20 and the rest of the dates, dictate When the home starts so that as I add a job I will be able to see sources and uses of funds in a more realistic fashion. The problem is this sheet was originally designed for one home. It has now been updated so that you can add as many homes as you want. I need to be able to add them and then let the schedule function be dynamic with when each job starts.. The way the "Project" sheet works, it just does a summation of all of the cells. The "Home Template" sheet is the template sheet that all new sheets pull from. So each date in cell q39 is going to be the same for each new sheet. But I need to have the data start according to what I manually put in cell E20 on the "Home Template" sheet. I need to disconnect "Home Template" sheet E20 from the Project!E23 reference and make that a manual input. I then need the Calendar fill ins that start in Column Q of the "Home Template" to start filling in the calendar starting at the date manually set at E20. HomeTemplate!Q39 will still start according to Project!E23 but as I add a new home from the Project!I5 VB "Add New Home to Analysis" I need to be able to manually insert a start date for that home and have it accurately be added to the cumulative Calendar found on Project!Q37:APU77. Right now everything starts on the same day as Project!23. As an example of what I need: If I add a new home MS3, and I put a start date in MS3!e20 of 4-Aug-21, I would need all of the same calculations found in the Q39:APU77 fields to now start at AU39 instead of Q39. This needs to be changed at the "Home Template" sheet level.
