Everyday We have an Excel with all information about our ítems (sales, inventory, ...) and I need an application thqat automatically load this Excel file data into an Access database table. From the Excel file name it needs to take the date and load all records from the Excel file (just Sheet 1). Attached you have the Access(the table has already data from 1 Excel file as an example) and some examples of the Excel files to load. The application has to ask for the Access file and the folder where the Excel files to load are, and it should load all records from all Excel files into the Access ITB table. If the Access file has already records from the Excel file (based on the date of the Excel) it has to delete all records from this date first. The older Excel files don´t have all of the columns as the new ones so we will load just what we have, they should have the same names of the columns always, please check it. Thanks, Roberto

There are following columns in excel Prod Code Description Avg Sales last mnth sales 3mth Sales Fcst OTI QA QOH MTF Bulk /QAPS IT Review MOH B/O INT BO True BO PIP Expected MOH Make This Month Make This Week Family Family-Type Source Tissue Related Code? Yield Notes Sales Rank Display Order How it maps to the ms access table ITB - which column of excel goes to which field of the table? could you pls give the clarity. Then it should be 1 hour job. Also file names are not standard - so it would be interesting to pick the date from the file name. If it follows a pattern can it can be easy. Please let me know regards Prem regards Prem
