I will have a hosting review site built but want to get a reliable marketer first so that everything can run smooth from the start. The chosen provider will be in on the ground level so that there wont be complications with getting the site SEO friendly. The site will be built as soon as the marketing provider is chosen. I am open to suggestions for sites to make money as well as what should be done to make the site the best that it can be. I already know a few things but I'm no pro. The sooner I pick the right provider, the sooner I can get the site built and marketed. I will escrow $30 for advice in the beginning, half of the rest of the payment when work is started by the provider and the other half when I see good results.
