Looking for a specialist to help launch some targeted email campaigns. Someone who is well versed in scraping email addresses or other data and cross referencing these against various prerequisites including geographic area, income level, and housing status. Data may have to be pulled from various sources and compiled in one database. Additionally, experience with various mail delivery platforms would be very helpful. We are looking to run a small test of 250 or so emails and expand from there if we are able to get traction. Ideal freelancers would be able to communicate with us during regular business hours in California USA.
