Ongoing Email Marketing Campaign

I need a completely proper mass email marketing campaign done to my list(s) of contacts. This will consist of approximately 2,000-4,000 emails a day, to 50,000-100,000 unique contacts. I only want people who have real experience in email marketing, as I do understand the way that email campaigns, and blasts, and marketing blasts/promotional blasts, etc. work, I even have 2 good email servers with dedicated IP addresses and they are in very good standing, but I do not want to use these servers/services for the initial campaign, for obvious reasons. So, for an overview, and to the point: 1. 2,000-4,000 emails per day, sent inside of an 8 hour window 2. Up to 100,000 unique, verified contacts, provided by me, data will be consistent across the dataset(s). 3. I have pixel and clicktracking that needs to be integrated into the emails 4. Email templates, with inline css and merge fields, to be provided by me. 5. Email/Contact workflow to be provided by and constantly be being modified by me, dependent on parameters that could be changing. 6. I have a self-cultivating system where leads are properly harvested on a daily, these leads are verified and fresh. What you need to do: 1. Ensure Delivery and ability to capture direct responses to emails (this, I do not care how it is achieved, as long as my domains are not marked or hit negatively - meaning you can use your email addresses, my email addresses, my domains (once we know the email method you choose is effective and not harming the email addresses and/or domains then we can migrate over to my emails and domains) 2. Emails should push traffic to landing pages (already built) and websites to push this traffic to, these will be monitored and adjusted as results and effectiveness is understood. 3. This is a long term project, potentially multi-year. As bids come in and questions are asked I will add documents and answer questions accordingly.
