lilypad arduino distance measurement and communication project(repost)

Hi I require someone to design and build a circuit that is capable of measuring the distance between itself and another circuit of the same type. ie unit 1 must be able to measure the distance between itself and unit 2 and both units should be able to communicate their respective result to each other. It should be possible to connect more than 2 units. ie. 1 to many relationship. Each unit must be able to send tweets and sms and must be configurable via SMS and tweets for the following: * Mobile Number for SMS * Twitter Handle * Distance threshold between units before message is sent * Frequency of commuinication * Message to be sent when threshold is reached I would prefer the Lilypad arduino to be used due to extensibility. i would also prefer for components available in South Africa to be used. sample supplier: [login to view URL] Regards ## Deliverables Expanded Functional and non functional requirements in the attached document with acceptance criteria
