I am looking for great programmer with experience of embedded programming and hardware

Hello! I am looking for a really good C-programmer with experience of - embedded programming - hardware related programming /BSP - some hardware experience is an advantage - communication protocol - PPP/GPRS communication We are using an hardware platform from Digi. RTOS is NET+OS and cpu is an arm9 NS9215. It is not required that you have specific experience with NET+OS. The first project is a minor task. We have implemented the MODBUS protocol in order to access some control equipment. Now we need extend that implementation so we can communicate with another type of equipment (energy meter). When I say it is relatively a minor it is because we need just to read a few data points. We could do it ourselves but this is a way to find somebody that can work with other projects as well with this hardware. I will provide more specific info about the task in a next step.
