identify probable locations (best location, alternative) for installation of module array, solar inverters, combiner box, monitoring system, interconnection point, etc. ii. verify any information provided by Amplus. iii. collect and share with Amplus, relevant information including, but not limited to, (a) civil, structural and electrical details and (b) supporting evidence like pictures (along with time stamp), videos, measurements, hand drawings etc. iv. document minutes of meeting held with the Client, which shall include, among other things, the probable locations mentioned in (a) above, any suggestions not approved by the Client and any specific concerns of the Client. v. offer alternatives to and seek approval from Amplus on the location/ mounting of equipment, cable routing, interconnection point, metering point etc. vi. suggest the optimized orientation, tilt, inter-row spacing etc. vii. provide energy yield assessment with atleast three (3) environmental datasets, along with 3D modeling to capture the near shading obstructions. The recommended software for generation analysis is PVSYST 6.3 version or better. viii. submit the solar array layout & equipment layout, clearly showing the inter-row spacing and shading obstructions. The layout shall (a) maximize capacity without compromising generation and shall consider NIL shading from 8 am to 4 pm for this purpose, unless approved otherwise by Amplus and (b) consider its impact on O&M cost of the solar plant. The Consultant shall clearly indicate if the layout may lead to increase in the O&M cost. PHASE II: FINAL DESIGN SET Deliverables of Final Design include the final construction drawings, energy yield assessment report, structural stability report and the bill of material. Detailed deliverables are mentioned in Annexure I. 1. PDF files of all drawings in the Final Design Set shall be provided by the Consultant. 2. Table for revisions and dates thereof shall be shown in each page. 3. All drawings shall show notes mentioning the relevant Indian/international standards used for the design works or to be used for the installation works. 4. Wherever site pictures are added in the drawing, the direction from where the picture is taken is required to be shown in the drawing by marking an arrow. 5. All backup data and AutoCAD files, Excel sheets and PDF shall be shared by the Consultant. In addition to the above details if any detail/ drawing/ description, etc. is required for the proper installation and execution of the project, then the Consultant shall add the same in the design set.
