Make a simple submenu

I need some help with my shopify template before i can launch the site properly. The previous developer just left me! Anyway, i hope you guys can help me out since I dont know the shopify coding language so well. I have made a few collections on my site so the user would find their products easier. The collections are currently being shown in as a dropdown menu. [login to view URL] I would also like to show them on all product pages so the use always can access this menu. My previous developer made a good design for this menu but missunderstood and made the menu based on what kind of tags the products had. I dont want this, i want the menu to show collections, not the products I tag. I made this screen for you so it`s easier for you to understand: [login to view URL] You can keep the font and how the menu looks but it need to show the collections, not the tags in the products. The list should be in the same order as you can see in the dropdown and dynamic so every time i add a collection it should become visible in this menu too like it does in the dropdown.
