Drupal Online Store tweaks and Subscription Services Changes

1. Changing the invoice header to an image. This way we can add our own fonts etc. The spacing on the header is really tight and the way the words wrap doesn't look very good. For example, the Feed better, Feel healthier, LIve Longer is not all on one line. It may need to be a bit smaller. In addition, I want to change the logo to the one that says powered by The Pet Beastro. I have attached it here. If we can just send you an image for the header with all our contact info on it - what size does it need to be? 2. Add a $20 Surcharge to all Canadian/Out of country orders. This covers customs paperwork etc. 3. Change the subscribers to get both the 10% off and the free shipping. The way it is now, just doesn't make sense. 4. Fix auto population of coupons. For some reason, once I entered the autoship coupon - every time I go to make an order it auto populates. We don't want it to do that. 5. Add customer's contact info to auto populate from last order. That is a real pain to re-enter each time. 6. Tweak similar products coding: When I was ordering some cell salts - the similar products that were appearing were Pet Kelp. Why wouldn't other cell salts appear instead. They are much similar than the Pet Kelp. Are we entering product incorrectly where it wouldn't do that? 7. Add tiered savings to encourage people not to canceler subscriptions after they get savings. We see folks are doing this. For example: 5% off first 3 months 10% off next 3 months 15% off 6 months or more. If they cancel they have to start over.
