Bug fix Drupal site, skin forum and flow player

I'm looking for a Drupal expert to finish a Drupal site which is almost complete. I don't have a huge budget. If you do a great job, I will be using you in the future. I need a developer to pays CLOSE attention to detail. Project to start over the weekend if possible. The groups include all the error messages I want to use. -- Across the whole site To do: 1) Make the site look the same (pixel perfect to my design) across all browsers (IE6+ including Safari, Opera, Firefox and Google Chrome). I'm happy for you to use this script: [login to view URL] Site is using Curfon - This needs to work across all browsers too. 2) Make the whole site XHTML Transitional validating to the W3C validation service. 3) Install a secure, well tested forum and skin it (pixel perfect) to my design. I'm happy for the forum to be adapted to fit the chosen module, but it must look as close as possible. I'd prefer the forum to be table-less. 4) When the client is ready - Install final site. -- Flow player (on the homepage) To do: 1) When an MP3 plays, the control bar reads: 0NoN:0NoN. This needs fixing / removing. 2) I'd like auto scroll on each track in the play list. I.e. when the next track plays the scroll bar should move with it. 3) Install a graphic which indicates which track is playing. I will provide you with this graphic. 4) Skin the control bar so it looks roughly like my design. The most important part is the gradient and colour scheme. 5) Remove "Play again" button after a track has finished playing. 6) Top item text keeps showing up in blue and underlined. This needs fixing. -- Terms of the project - 1) You must have VAST experience in developing websites for Drupal. 2) Providers will only be considered if they are 2 hours ahead or 2 hours behind UK GMT time.
