Hi, Seems like an interesting project and I would love to develop it. Haven't seen the excel sheet itself yet so it's hard to guess how much effort would go towards creating the database but it shouldn't be a biggy, But I must add that the project description is a bit misleading. Setting up the database for these kind of projects is a very important part of the entire project but the interface (web or desktop) you're also requesting to access your database is the part that takes the most time and I'm quite experienced (10+ years) in that field. I recently started doing freelance in freelancer.com so my profile doesn't look that good yet but if you were to change required skills to C# and SQL (database coding language), my profile would look better. If you don't mind, can you also share the excel sheet and what kind of interface do you want to manage your data.? Web interface is great for multiple users if you have the means to host (would require a server or pc to act as a server) and the technical skills to troubleshoot if something goes wrong. However, desktop application is a lot more robust. You can take it with you in a flash memory to wherever you want and it would just work. Looking forward to working with you.
