Hi, My name is Anders and I’m living in Norway and working from here. My day to day job is a Data Warehouse consultant. Due to available spare time the next couple of months I thought I would give freelancer.com a try as my knowledge probably is worth something to someone. As a data warehouse consultant my day to day work is related to parts of your project. I build SQL databases and ETL processes to collect and fill data. My main focus is finance with ledgers and sales data but I manage other warehouse types as well. I do my main work in MS SQL but I have previous experience with MySQL and some postgresSQL as well. As data intake goes, I use both SSIS and custom made (preferably C#-coded) applications for ETL to obtain data and transform/normalize them. Regarding Machine Learning I have to say that I’m not your main guy. I know what it is and how it works as well as the theory behind and some modelling (did this during my master thesis). But I haven’t done any real machine learning work besides some simple tutorials so I obviously have limitations regarding your project. I have to emphasize that I see my participation in such a project as part of a team with other skilled people. Your project description doesn’t say anything about what kind of data from what kind of sources you need. Hi I am into the software industry for around 10 years , and worked in different technologies and domain in these years , from Java/Jee Stack, Database development , front end technology. For last 1.5 years i have been working in the area of data analytics including machine learning, data exploration, data tidying /cleansing , predictive modelling , regression, classification techniques and model evaluation and performance matrices for domain like weblog , app log analysis of online travel tourism websites and huge database tables.
