Medical Data Analysis for Medical Professional

We have a database of 25000 medical terms/glossary. For each term you will need to do the following: 1. Find all other terms in the database that has identical meaning with the term. For example: The term "fever" is identical with 10 other terms including hyperpyrexia, pyrexia, raised body temperature, feverish, raised body temperature...etc. There will be a search feature in the database, however, you must be familiar with medical terms since you must type in the keyword manually. Eg. When you see the term Fever you must type Pyrexia manually to get a list of terms containing "Pyrexia" and group it with the term Fever. 2. Categorize the term into "Signs & Symptoms", "Disease & Medical Condition", "Risk Factor", "Other". 3. If the terms fall into "Signs & Symptoms", you will need to: --- 3.1. Write 1~2 setence explaning the symptom. --- 3.2. Choose an alarm level for the symptom ("None Critical","Consult a Doctor","Visit a Doctor ASAP","Visit Emergency Room Now") For part 2 and 3, you only need to do it once for a group of identical symptoms. All works will be carried out through a webpage system. Since a lot of the terms are actually synonyms, there would actually be perhaps 3000~5000 unique terms which part 2 and 3 will be required. In your bid you should state your medical experience/degree, the work will be impossible to complete unless you know a lot of scientific medical terms. You will get: 1. $200 for task 1 - grouping all the terms with identical one. 2. $200 for task 2 and 3. Project will be cancelled and no money paid if you fail to do task 1 with good accuracy. Attached is a random sample of 1000 terms from the database.
