Conversion of address data between formats in xl

I am looking to convert some address and opening hour information from one format to another. The data is in xl currently and needs to be sent back in xl in another format, with a different column arrangment - the details are below. It's reasonably easy work, with the only challenge in ensuring exact accuracy with the specification of the output report. I have done this work before and I estimate the job will take about 3 hours: 1 hour to understand the requirements of the data format 1.5 hours to reformat 65 rows into this (basic xl manipulation skills will help here) .5 hours to double check accuracy I have a list of 66 locations in one format and I have attached one example row of data.
