This is a high volume data entry position. You will be entering transactions from brokerage statements into portfolio reporting software, balancing and reconciling transactions, and occasionally researching company reorganizations. You will also be manipulating data in Microsoft Excel which coincides with using our portfolio reporting software. The ideal candidate MUST: -Be highly efficient and self-motivated! -Be able to learn quickly! -Have worked in a data entry position previously -Have strong keyboard and math skills -Enter data quickly and accurately with attention to detail -Be computer literate -Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel - REQUIRED -Be able to stay focused on their work and meet deadlines -MUST be able to work overtime *Work experience with ledgers/accounting or banking a plus! We are looking for a SERIOUS candidate who is dependable, reliable, focused, and flexible, to grow with our company. Candidate must be located in USA.
