We are seeking to create a spreadsheet of results based on a survey/test we are running in the near future.
The member responses will be received and collated in commonly accepted electronic format (i.e. e-mails, PDF, Word Document, etc.) however some responses may separate a CAD or GIS related map file (i.e. *.dwf, *.dwg, etc. that may require a specific viewer - usually a free download). These responses will be collated and provided by the client – your scope of works is simply to read/review responses and fill in spreadsheet.
A spreadsheet will be provided with columns requiring pertinent details (i.e. time, date, e-mail addresses) or answering predominately yes/no questions, although some keywords may be asked to be recorded.
Familiarity with Australian construction practices, the infrastructure-services industry and/or asset damage minimisation would be highly beneficial. If you have any particular experience or skills in this regard it would be advantageous to outline these in your proposal (i.e. your familiarity with construction drawings, AS5488 – Classification of Subsurface Utility Information, and other commonly recognised Australian Standards).
The proposed spreadsheet is attached with two sample entries completed for illustration purposes. Four test responses are included for candidates to test/scope the activity on offer.
To indicate there familiarity, applicants are asked to complete the attached spreadsheet which contains four test responses. Your completed spreadsheet is to be submitted with your submission in order to demonstrate your ability and for quality checking.
It is currently anticipated that there may be up to 600-700 responses for analysis (individual line items). It is currently anticipated that works may need to be undertaken in the first quarter of 2017.
It is a company policy that the data remains within Australia and the successfully candidate will be required to complete a non-disclosure agreement with the company prior to commencement.
Please contact the poster for queries or discuss in further detail.
