find correct images for 10101 products

i have excel sheet with 10101 products. 2 columns. 1. product name & manufacturer 2. image file name. i also have 10101 images from website, however the image are watermarked, so i need image with out wtmrk. i will also provide you with 3 versions of each image, which i have extracted from google image search. however not all the images are correct, or a good size. your job will be to filter through the images i provide, compare, and use the good images, if image is bad, then you will have to look on google and fund an image, which is good size, and not water marked. your job will be easier, because many images are already there, and you just have to visually confirm the image is correct and good. and if not, then you take action to put correct image. please see screen shot. you can open two windows, and compare. original images, vs spider-ed images side by side, for fast processing.
