Construction Job Estimating

I need someone/company to do plan "take-offs" for a concrete company/sitework contractor. I will need concrete square footages and volumes for each part of the scope of work specified for the concrete side. I will need linear footages of the beams with the beam sizes (hence the volume), linear footages of the exterior of the foundation/paving (that way I know how much form material my guys will need). If piers or retaining walls need to be added - this should be specified as well. For the sitework side, I will need cut/fill volumes and material quantities for hauling off and for bringing to the jobsite. I will need the specified materials that are in the scope of work and quantities. Current elevations and proposed elevation understanding is necessary. The material quantities and movement is the largest necessary part of this part of the operation. I need these quantities to know what kind of machinery, for how long, and how much hauling off of material and how material I will have to purchase and haul in. All of these estimating portions have variances, so, this is not a 100% accurate type estimate, it is a very accurate aproximation so that we can bid the jobs with my company, and commence from there. We have estimators at our office that you will be able to correlate with at all times. What has happened at my company, is that we have gotten so much work recently that even the estimators can not keep up with the work load. These are all commercial type plans and are very easy to be understood, once a person is accustomed to the plan reading and scope of work reading portion of the plans as well. I have attached a few different types of plans that we do - just to show exactly what we do. You must have previous experience in reading plans and understand how to read plans and extrapolate materials, unit quantities, etc from plans. If you have experience, please explain (in-depth) on your experience and what you bring to this project so that I will have a better understanding of where we are at in the learning portion of the project. If you can do utility plan takeoffs as well, that is a huge plus - however not necessary.
