Transcribe handwritten text to office document / text file

I have about 100 pages of handwritten text that I need transcribed into an office document (or a simple text file). I think there are about 300-350 words per page. The pages are properly scanned in good quality. The text is written in Norwegian, but with a little care, it should be possible to transcribe it without knowledge of the language. There are two ways we can do this: 1. You take responsibility for transcribing all the pages. I believe this is not appropriate for individuals, as it would take too much time. I think you should have a team if you're going this route. 2. If nobody wants to take it all, I'll divide it into smaller pieces and hire several bidders. So let me know how many pages you can do, and how soon you can do it as I'm looking for a short turnaround time. By the way, I'm a perfectionist. You should be able to deliver >99% of the words error free. In other words, any misspelled word in the original document should be (mis)spelled in the exact same way in the office document. I've attached a small excerpt. If you can transcribe it properly, you'll be much closer to being awarded the project.
