Joomla Site - I need some content added to the Home Page -- 2

Joomla Site. I have a word document (attached) that I need to be inserted into the homepage of the site. I need the layout/style to look attractive and professional. I also need the current home page layout to be saved so that we can change back to it in 30 days time.
