Convert PSD-template into HTML pages (5 pages total)

Hello, everybody I need that you convert ready PSD-templates into HTML pages (5 pages total). It is the car rental service site. The required pages are: 1. Main page with slider and rent calculator (the most difficult page) 2. Car page with description, prices and characteristics 3. Rent confirmation page (modal-window) 4. Contacts page 5. FAQ page PSD are based on the Bootstrap3 grid, so you must use Bootstrap3 framework. Some pages must be coded with jQuery. Required skills for this project: 1. HTML 2. CSS 3. Bootstrap3 4. jQuery Please, bid this project ONLY if you have HIGH experience in the skills above. And please note, that the template content is in Russian language (but you don't need to translate it, just Ctrl+C - Ctrl+V).
