I need a few c++ functions to add to my code

hello, i need help in C++ functions that do the following: -takes an array of size 8 numbers from 0 to 7 not ordered and creates a string of 16 1s and 0s that represent the 8 numbers in the array with their order(argument of function array, returns string) - a sister function that takes these 16 1s and 0s from string and returns the same array(argument string, returns array) -a function that reads from file (24 bits or 3 bytes) of 8 so total (24 bytes or 576 bits) then formulates a number integer and adds it to an array of of size 8. The array holds 8 different numbers from file stream. this function is to be used in an iterative loop till end of file. -function that takes a string variable of 1s and 0s and prints it to file as bytes. Every 8 1s and 0s into a char byte added to file stream.
