I have an SEO company that is targeting companies that currently use Adwords as one of their marketing/advertising mediums. These are, more specifically, companies that are spending money on Adwords and receiving some level of ROI (2x - 3x typically). Our aim is to interest them in securing keyword placements organically, for both the long-term sustainability & ROI that continues to grow with time. The sales copy would need to point out specific reasons why Adwords is unsustainable for long-term business success and not make it sound useless (after all, these companies ARE profiting from it). We simply want to divert some of (or eventually even all of, in some cases) their marketing/advertising budget to search engine optimization, despite whether they have an existing SEO provider or not. The mailing piece will also contain a small, transparent bag of fake shredded cash. The copy would need to make a like/as comparison to the dollars they're spending on Adwords with this shredded cash. This is where the knowledge of SEO and Adwords is REQUIRED for making a creative/clever/cute similarity. A call-to-action will need to be implemented. The CTA will be a brief phone call. The applicant needs to have experience writing mail-pieces that are not too long and not too short to be engaging and get the message across. I am unsure whether 1st/2nd/3rd person would be appropriate for the piece - the applicant would need to use their best judgement in writing a successful piece (the most phone calls out of it) - I am not a writer. Knowledge of SEO and Google Adwords is required, as described above. Please submit 2-3 examples of mailing copy that you've produced. Please do NOT attach a resume - I honestly do not like looking through them. A brief description of why you should be chosen and perhaps your background is all that is needed.
