I am looking for a person or a team to manage a website and get it on the first page of a specific search term. I need someone to be able to make adjustments to my actual site and also get me relative back-links (Pertaining to a certain industry, Not random sites or link farms) from Alexa, Google, Yahoo, Also have large amounts of Facebook mentions, Delicious, Twitter tweets, google +1 posts and comments. IBP will be used as the guide to rate performance. I am looking for a 100% rating on IBP.
