Client Management : Should be able to maintain business relationship with clients, continuous communication for day to day operational activities, account optimization, increase transaction volume. 3. Analysis and Operational management: Maintenance and optimization of campaigns to improve product revenue. 4. Understand the Xu Mien Phi money making app features and the offers running on it & reply to the user queries in Indonesian or Vietnamese as per the received emails 5. Test scenarios and campaigns in the app as presented by the development team. 6. Help the Development & BD team with translation work. 7. Understand other competitor apps in Vietnam in the same space & make suggestions based on competitve analysis 8. Work at a high speed and work as mediator between the company and the Influencers 9.
