Duplicate simple site in CF

Hello, I need a duplication of "pissedconsumer.com" in Coldfusion, using Microsoft Access databases. :-) By duplication I mean, we need the database structure, user authentication structure, email notification system, etc.. - that sort of thing. Obvious stuff really. Just take a look at the site and you will get the idea! I don't care about the design, you can just use the CSS/design on their website, if you wish. Don't worry, we are not ever actually going to use their design code or text or anything like that, but just need a working infrastructure there! I also need the code to be of decent quality. Preferably organized quite a bit with cffunctions, but, if not, that's OK. :-) Thanks everyone.
