ColdFusion CFC/API development work

Our company provides an online payment gateway service for various market segments and currently all interaction must take place on our site. We have many customers that want to embed our service in their web sites therefore we are seeking a seasoned developer that has extensive knowledge and experience developing web services for ColdFusion. We will need CFC's developed and example API's written in ASP/VBScript code, PHP and ColdFusion. We will also need documentation to go along with each of the example API's. The Web Service (remote CFC) that will handle everything related to the online interactions between the remote web site and our web site. It would handle new user registrations (create/view/update/delete), login/logout, manage customer profiles (create/view/update/delete), automatic recurring payment subscriptions (create/view/update/delete), payment methods (create/view/update/delete), as well as accept and submit CC and eCheck payments to our system. We are seeking to have the work on this done ASAP.
